The trick to do this is to look at the veins on your wrist, if they appear more blue than your skin is cool toned and if they appear more green your skin is warn toned.

Brush selection is another trick to creating great makeup and there is a makeup brush for every technique but minimum. You need a large brush for powder, a smaller fluffy brush for blush, bronzer, or highlighter, an eye-shadow brush- the size of a fingertip, and lastly, a smaller shadow brush for smudging and blending.

Brush bristles made of real hair deposit well but don’t have the blending ability, but artificial bristles soak up the product and blend really well.
